The challenge

Accounting firms lose days every month to manual data entry. A single typo breaks VAT reconciliation, and repetitive month-end work doesn't scale across client books.

What we built

We built an AI pipeline that ingests PDF invoices and bank statements, extracts structured fields, matches transactions, applies the correct VAT treatment and validates counterparties — exporting journal entries straight into existing accounting software.
